Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Traffiklist (“the Service”). By creating an account or submitting a product, you agree to them.

1. The Service

Traffiklist is a weekly launch board where makers submit products, get featured to a newsletter audience, and see click-through data on the traffic Traffiklist sends them.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a Google or GitHub account. You're responsible for activity under your account. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to vote or submit repeatedly is not allowed.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you submit (product name, tagline, description, logo, website link, comments). By submitting it, you grant Traffiklist a license to display, distribute, and promote it as part of the Service — including on the leaderboard, in the weekly newsletter, on social channels, and in the embeddable badge. You confirm you have the right to submit and promote the product you list.

4. Voting & anti-gaming

One vote per account per product, enforced at the database level. Votes cannot be bought, sold, or traded — Traffiklist never sells placement or votes. A product's outbound link is nofollow until it has both earned a small number of genuine upvotes and the product's site displays a verified Traffiklist badge (a followed link back to Traffiklist), at which point it becomes a do-follow link to the product's site. Paid Featured launches receive a do-follow link immediately. We re-check badges about once a month. If a badge can't be found we email the maker, and if it isn't back within 2 days the link returns to nofollow. It is restored as soon as the badge is back and verified.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Submitting content that's illegal, fraudulent, or infringes someone else's rights
• Creating fake or duplicate accounts to manipulate votes or rankings
• Attempting to disrupt or abuse the click-tracking or redirect system
• Scraping or reselling data from the Service without permission

6. Removal

We can remove a listing, comment, or account that violates these terms, including revoking an earned do-follow link if the underlying listing turns out to be spam, fraudulent, or in breach of this policy.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Traffiklist isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
