Candidates spend hours on applications, take-homes, and interview rounds, then hear nothing back. There’s no easy way to know which companies ghost people before you invest that time.
The solution
Ghost Index collects candidate reports and turns them into a ghosting score for each company. Before you apply, you can see how a company tends to treat candidates and decide where to spend your time.
What makes it unique
It focuses on one thing: ghosting. Not salaries, not culture reviews. Scores are company-level only, so no individual recruiters get named. An AI agent screens every report, and a human approves it before it counts.
