> Intervals announced like an exam: by voice, never by a clock

Every exam hall runs on announcements. You may begin. Five minutes remaining. Pens down. Nobody in the room checks a watch — looking is the scandal, not the clock — and the paper gets every second of your eyes: the boundaries of the work arrive by voice, and only by voice.

Intertakt times interval training the same way. Voice cues and countdown beeps ride over your own playlist, each channel at its own volume, and the phone goes face-down from the first question to the last. A section is a work interval; the gap between papers is the rest. An incoming call is a fire drill: the room empties, then the exam resumes at the minute it stood — the session resumes from the exact second, never from question one.

## Who it's for

HIIT, Tabata and EMOM athletes who train to their own music, indoors or out.

## The problem

Phone screens ruin interval training: mid-set the eyes go to a timer, the music fights the app, and a call sends the round back to zero.

## The solution

Intertakt announces every interval — voice cues and countdown beeps over your own music, each channel at its own volume — so the screen stays off and an interrupted round resumes at the exact second.

## What makes it unique

The exam-hall arrangement applied to a timer: boundaries arrive by voice, never by looking.
